Cancellation Policy

At NovaAnvil, many of our miniatures are printed and prepared specifically for each order. We understand that plans can change, so this policy explains how order cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not already started.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your full name and order number so we can locate and process your request quickly.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as your miniature may already have entered the printing, cleaning, curing, or preparation process.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about your applicable return rights.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders for customized or personalized miniatures may enter production shortly after being placed.

Once production of a customized or personalized product has begun, cancellation may not be possible, subject to your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

While NovaAnvil will process approved refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may require several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel or recall it.

Depending on your location and applicable consumer rights, you may be able to return eligible products after receiving them. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information.
