Welcome to NovaAnvil. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from NovaAnvil. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website or services where reasonably necessary.
2. Products
NovaAnvil specializes in high-detail resin miniatures, tabletop models, collectibles, and related products.
Many of our miniatures are 3D printed and made to order. Because of the manufacturing process, minor variations in colour, surface finish, dimensions, support marks, or other small characteristics may occur.
These minor manufacturing variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Miniatures are supplied unpainted.
- Some products may require minor assembly.
- Product photographs may include painted examples for display purposes.
- Digital STL files are not included with physical miniature purchases.
- Scale refers to the intended miniature scale and may not represent the exact overall height of the model.
Please read the individual product description carefully before ordering.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by NovaAnvil.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Product or material availability
- Shipping restrictions
- Technical errors
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes will be handled according to the laws and regulations applicable to NovaAnvil and the destination of the order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country where these are not collected at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Many NovaAnvil miniatures are printed specifically after an order is placed.
Typical production time is approximately 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, model size, printing requirements, material availability, or other circumstances.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
6. Shipping & Delivery
NovaAnvil ships from Cyprus.
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Where tracking is provided, customers will receive tracking information after dispatch.
Delivery estimates begin after production and dispatch and do not include the made-to-order production period.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Incorrect delivery information
- Peak shopping periods
- Circumstances outside NovaAnvil's reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have certain statutory rights when purchasing goods online, including a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you must notify NovaAnvil within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal period.
Products should be returned in appropriate condition and securely packaged.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Refunds will be processed according to applicable consumer protection law.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the applicable legal requirements for that exception are met.
Important: A product being described as “made to order” does not automatically mean that the EU withdrawal right is excluded. Customized or personalized products should be clearly identified as such.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We carefully inspect products before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at:

- Your name
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the product and, where relevant, its packaging
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your applicable legal rights, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property & Licensed Miniatures
The NovaAnvil name, branding, website content, original photography, graphics, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some miniature designs sold by NovaAnvil are created by third-party artists and studios.
Where applicable, NovaAnvil operates under commercial licences that permit us to manufacture and sell physical prints of those designs.
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in those underlying designs remain with their respective creators.
Purchasing a physical miniature from NovaAnvil does not grant the purchaser rights to the corresponding digital STL file or intellectual property.
Digital files are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
10. Product Safety
Resin miniatures are intended primarily for adult hobbyists, collectors, painters, and tabletop gamers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Our miniatures are not toys for young children.
Products may contain small, thin, pointed, or breakable components that can present a choking or injury hazard.
Keep small components away from young children and pets.
Customers should handle, assemble, modify, and paint miniatures responsibly and follow the instructions of manufacturers when using paints, adhesives, primers, tools, or other hobby materials.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:
- For unlawful purposes
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- To distribute malicious software
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website
- To infringe NovaAnvil's or a third party's intellectual property rights
- To engage in fraudulent activity
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect NovaAnvil, our customers, or our services.
12. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information are accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur.
Colours may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, displays, and device settings.
If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer where appropriate.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, NovaAnvil is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
14. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, how long it may be retained, and your data protection rights.
15. Third-Party Services
